Nils Helander
Nils Helander is hands on and solution finding, using the teams capabilities and passions to drive change.
He has two Master degrees in engineering from Chalmers university of technology, Sweden and Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland. He has also attended Leadership courses at Harvard Business School, on campus.
Since 1993 he has worked in large corporations, both in corporate head office as well as in markets, thus acquired both strategic as well as operational experiences.
16 years with Nestle, 4 years as board member of Haribo, 4 years with Unilever in Shanghai and last position as MD and SVP of Pandora in Thailand.
He is passionate about making an impact and using his experience to help corporations and companies of any size to excel. His strength is in Supply chain and implementing compliance measures.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, German, Swedish and speaks Thai and Portuguese on conversational level. Married with two children newly graduated from university.
